Frequently asked questions
A few things you may want to know
Find answers to common questions about our services and making an enquiry.
What can I enquire about?
Home energy and broadband, the listed business services, and digital marketing, website development or graphic design. Availability depends on the actual service and your requirements.
Do you compare every supplier?
We explain the provider coverage and any limitations of the service relevant to your enquiry. Ask us which options are available before deciding to proceed; a service review should not be treated as a whole-market comparison unless this has been expressly confirmed.
Will switching always save money?
No. Costs depend on usage, existing terms, available offers and other factors. A change should be assessed against your needs and the full terms, not a promise of savings.
How is InfinitySwitch paid?
The arrangement depends on the service. We explain any applicable customer fee, provider payment or commission before you proceed, so you understand the commercial arrangement as well as the work involved.
Does sending a form commit me to anything?
An enquiry asks us to discuss the need. It does not authorise a supplier contract, finance application or paid project. Further steps require the relevant process and agreement.
Can you quote for a website or design project?
Yes, once the brief is understood and the service scope is confirmed. The proposal should state the deliverables, feedback stages, responsibilities and costs.
Who provides insurance or finance advice?
The responsible firm and its role must be identified for the relevant service. Ask for this to be explained before proceeding, and check relevant permissions through the FCA where applicable.
Can I send bills or financial documents here?
Keep the first enquiry general. We will explain how further information should be supplied if it is needed. Do not send bank credentials, card data or sensitive documents through a public message field.
